Did you hear about the scarecrow who won an award?

In just a few days we'll be putting these tiny babies under the light, but first they have to stretch their stems. We keep them in the dark for a few days after sprouting so they'll stretch out trying to find the light. Once they reach the proper height, we place them under the lights to green up and grow their first true leaves. Then we harvest and they're on their way to you!

Another hard day's work in the fields here at Teeny Greeny Farms in our teeny greeny tractor and combine harvesting our teeny greens. Today, we're harvesting our first basil crop, and it is pungent! If you like pesto, you'll definitely want to try it with these basil microgreens.
